Gurmat Therapy® – Supervision Process & Structure

Supervision Process & Structure
A consciousness-based, ontological supervision model for psycho-spiritual practitioners

Gurmat Therapy® supervision is not case management. It is a structured process of refining awareness, dissolving egoic distortion, and stabilising presence within Hukam.

Monthly Supervision Structure

Session Duration

90–120 minutes per month (individual or group supervision)

Format

Online or in-person (retreat-based intensive options available)

Approach

Experiential, reflective, and ontological — beyond technique-based supervision

Client work, therapist state, consciousness alignment, and ethical clarity

The Supervision Process

1. Case & State Presentation

The therapist presents client work alongside their own internal state — emotional, cognitive, and physiological responses.

2. Ontological Mapping

Identification of egoic patterns (haumai), attachments (moh), and distortions influencing both therapist and client.

3. Consciousness Alignment

Reorientation toward presence, Hukam, and non-attachment — shifting from reaction to awareness.

4. Psycho-Physiological Insight

Understanding the interplay between nervous system, emotional charge, and identity formation.

5. Integration & Application

Translating insight into clinical practice, ensuring clarity, coherence, and ethical alignment.
